It all started when a boy asked a girl to be his girlfriend on New Years Eve. They decided to elope 15 years later on that same night. Cheesy? Well, it's true!
Jordan and I eloped on New Year's Eve 2021 and it was the best day! We got engaged in Feb 2021 and didn't tell anyone, except for our amazing wedding vendors who helped make the day absolutly perfect. So when we announced that we got married to our family and friends, they expected an engagment. I included the video we sent to our friends and family at the end of this post.
Talented photographer Shaeline (Shaeline Faith Photography) took our engagment photos and captured our wedding day beatuifully. The amazingly talented Sarah, (Lemon and Lavender Bakeshop) created the cake of my dreams, can you believe it tasted even better than it looked? The lovely Catherine and Brad (Catherine Little) played live music on their cello and the gorgeous grand piano that made the day feel so special. Talented florist Danielle (Twig and Twine Floristry) ordered in some baby's breath so I could create the floral installation around the ceremony backdrop that was calligraphed by none other than my dear friend Lisa (Scribble and Script). We had our ceremony in a dance studio at The Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts. And of course, I created the stationery!
I've included some of our engagment photos to start...
